Not many people have the opportunity to run a successful business for over 25 years, then put it to market. I went into the process with very little knowledge of how much is involved: create an appealing listing, filter imperfect buyer candidates, land a Letter of Intent to purchase, assemble due diligence and prove earning quality to get to close. Sun helped me stay on track and constantly reminded me of the work needed to proceed. Ken C truly felt like a business partner in getting the business sold while keeping both parties mutually interested in the deal. He participated in site visits and weekly conference calls while filling in as a technology administrator where my experience fell short. Best part: Ken C has continued to navigate the post-sale intricasies to make sure that the deal is a wrap.
